I have been looking forward to Harvey and Brandon’s Old Wide Awake Plantation wedding day since we met last fall.  Despite Friday being a little overcast, Harvey and Brandon got the perfect good luck with a sprinkling rain from time to time.   They are such an amazingly kind, caring, and fun couple, and their wedding day reflected exactly who they are.

Harvey’s custom belted (her mother made her sash), lace dress was absolutely stunning. Her sisters and cousin stood in for her bridal party, and she had the most adorable flower girl (who totally nailed the petal drop)!

They included their close friends and family as ushers and attendants, Brandon’s family was there to stand by him on their special day, and they included the cutest ring bearers (Harvey’s nephews).  Harvey and Brandon carefully planned their Old Wide Awake wedding day including special moments and thoughtful touches.  Their day was filled with so much warmth and happiness. With the exchange of gifts for each other, Brandon’s grandfather officiating the wedding, and the ceremony including a reading from Corinthians, and the Apache prayer, no stone was left unturned in this thoughtful day.

Last night, I was allowed to document a couple that have become friends, and I am humbled.  Harvey and Brandon I have no doubt that last night will only be the beginning of an amazing life together and I cannot wait to see your lives together continue to grow. Congratulations, and thank you from the bottom of my heart.charleston wedding photographerswedding photographer charleston scwedding photographers charlestonwedding photography charlestonwedding photographer charlestonthe smiths do loveold wide awake plantation weddingcharleston sc wedding photographywedding photography south carolinasouth carolina wedding photographerwed charlestonsmall wedding photographycharleston modern wedding photographers
