I had so much fun last night photographing two amazing people get married.  Despite threatening rain Mary Kathryn and Ren had a beautiful Coosaw Point wedding day. The sun came out for the ceremony and it was simply perfect. These two are such a thoughtful and fun couple, and their wedding day reflected exactly who they are.

Mary Kathryn and Ren I feel like were a couple destined to be together. They attended Clemson together at the same time, and went to work for the same company in Charleston, SC upon graduation. While their paths crossed several times it was not until they officially met through young alumni events in Charleston and they clicked!

Ren took Mary Kathryn back to their first date to ask her to marry him. They packed a picnic and he carefully packed her ring in the basket. Mary Kathryn had no idea though that Ren went another step further and had planned for their friends to surprise her that night to celebrate their engagement.

Their Coosaw Point wedding day was filled with so much happiness and thoughtfulness. Including special family elements into their wedding day, their family and friends going above and beyond to ensure an amazing celebration was to be had for these two.

Last night, I was honored to document a couple that I have seen grow from the very start, and I am humbled.  Mary Kathryn and Ren, I have no doubt that last night will only be the beginning of an amazing life together and I cannot wait to see the amazing adventure your lives will take you.
