Yesterday I had the honor of celebrating the romantic Daniel Island Club wedding of Erin and Martin. I met Erin and Martin last year face to face at our engagement session and I could tell right from the bat how thoughtful, caring, and in love Erin and Martin are. Their wedding day further displayed these amazing qualities through the wedding details, their ceremony, and their friends and family celebrating their marriage into the night.
Erin was stunning in her belted wedding gown. The lace bodice with sweetheart neckline was breathtaking and captured Erin’s romance and sweetness perfectly. Standing next to Erin were her family and friends. These women and girls were absolutely amazing. They never had to ask for help because as soon as one needed to be zipped, passed a tissue, or fine tuning their makeup one of them was already there helping.
Martin and his groomsmen were a handsome bunch. Martin, his father, and soon to be father in law all sported Brackish Bowties. The guys also had fun spicing up their look with pocket squares and striped socks! These guys enjoyed hanging out, laughing, and enjoying every moment of the wedding day together.
As I mentioned Erin and Martin’s Daniel Island Club wedding day was carefully planned, from the Penn State (family and friend alumni) groom’s cake, the photos of their family as couples and their wedding days, the Eiffel tower touches to remind of Erin + Martin’s engagement. There was no stone left unturned to make sure this day reflected this amazing couple.
Their ceremony was just as touching. Erin’s mother constructed the alter, their nieces and nephews were included in the wedding party, and the Apache prayer, and a reading from Corinthians. Erin and Martin even officially “tied the knot”. : )
Last night, was filled with so much joy and love for Erin and Martin. I am sure it’s a sign to come for a life full of love and happiness for them. Congratulations to you both! I cannot thank you enough for allowing me to document this day.
