Beautiful and sunny Edisto Island is the scene for Avery and Eddy’s Cypress Trees Plantation wedding. Edisto Island is a place that Avery is oh so familiar with, having spent much of her childhood vacations on this scenic, sleepy island getaway. After seeing what Edisto offered, Eddy was an easy sell, and so it was decided. As a result, it did not disappoint.
The day started with Eddy having a late breakfast with friends and family at a local restaurant, while Avery got ready with her mom, sister, bridesmaids, and bridesmen at a picturesque beach rental only a few yards from the ocean. Once everyone was ready it was off to their Cypress Trees Plantation wedding where these two would finally say, “I do”, to their next great adventure together. Throughout the day it was evident how in love these two are. Whether it was Eddy grooving down the aisle or Avery beaming from ear to ear. The mood of the day was unmistakably them.
After their, ‘Yes, of course I dos.’ it was on to the party! Avery and Eddy were greeted for the first time as Dr. and Mrs. Eddy Gutierrez by countless friends and family. There were big smiles, cheers throughout the night, and incredible dance moves. Did you see Avery’s dress?! Ah-mazing! Consequently, as the night drifted on you couldn’t help but smile and feel the love for these two radiate throughout the night. One of my favorite parts was seeing Avery light up each time she said the word husband. In conclusion this unforgettable evening came to a close with a saxophone serenade. Friends and family shouted their goodbyes during the rose petal send off , and so the newlyweds headed down the road to a new chapter.
Rarely has a couple been more inviting than these two. From the moment we met Avery and Eddy and their families you felt interwoven into their tribe. I can’t begin to describe how much fun and just how special this day was. Avery and Eddy are incredible people, and we are so privileged to play our role in their day. <3
